are a great start. Don't forget the lemon
juice...always a staple on a healthy summer table.

veggies. Use kabob sticks and skewer peppers, onion
pieces, tomato, and all manner of vegetables. Grill
until hot and drizzle banana kale or pineapple banana or any
other smoothie mix over them. Serve with a glass of
the smoothie on the side. Use fruit on the skewer for
sweeter treats, leaving them chilled with the smoothie
mixture over them.

season. Those are the most nutritious. But
having fun with grilling in the summer time is one of the
